Ex: I'm submitting this form for Wishbone Embroidered Pajamas. I would like them exactly as pictured on the product page, but with navy thread instead of red. I would also like embroidery on the pants: Wishbone across the back of them in navy blue thread + my show date 02/19/2026 Minneapolis, MN on the bottom of the left leg. Size XL

More info on what to provide can be found on the specific item's page. Once you submit this form, please allow at least 1-3 days to get back to you with a price. After we agree on the price, I will send you the mockup and tell you how to pay for your product. Please note that since this is a custom product, there will be no refunds or exchanges allowed unless it is an error on my behalf.

Reminder that custom pricing will be subject to the amount of time it takes + supplies + digitizing time/design cost. I price everything through a spreadsheet to be sure that I'm being fair to myself AND you! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
